Speedier Checkout!

posted 2009 Sep by Katie Cantwell

We have received lots of feedback about our system’s ability (or lack of ability) to store customer data. We are working with our developers on this issue and hope to offer this feature soon. In the meantime, here is a tip for a faster checkout.

Only include the following information in the billing fields:
• Your Name
• Company name
• Building number/block
• Your phone number
• Check the bottom of the page that the billing and shipping is the same. And then there is no need to fill out shipping.

Scheduled Maintainence

posted 2009 Aug by Katie Cantwell

Our ordering site will be down for one hour starting at noon on Monday, 31 August for maintenance on our network hardware.

Thanks for your patience. In the meantime, if you would like to place an order or need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to email

Incorrect Note on Shopping Cart Page

posted 2009 Aug by Katie Cantwell

Our system is currently displaying an incorrect message you should be aware of. At around 9:30am on Thursday and Friday, users found the message listed below on the shopping cart page. We always accept orders until 10:15am and are working with our web designer to determine why this message is appearing almost an hour early. We hope to have this resolved shortly and appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Delivery is closed for today, but we’re accepting orders for delivery tomorrow.

Laser Cards

posted 2009 Jul by Katie Cantwell

We want to let everyone know how much we appreciate the kinds words and encouragement that have come our way! Without your feedback and input, we would not be aware of a few glitches that have arisen during the ordering process.

We are aware that some laser cards, mainly those issued from Ulster Bank, are not working on our system. Please try to put in ‘999’ into the Card Security Code field. This has solved the problem for some laser cards. While a temporary fix, please know that we are concerned and hope to have this sorted shortly.

In the meantime, don’t hesitate to call or email in your order and we’ll include your lunch in our daily Yahoo! delivery.

Kind regards,

KCP Features
